Any legal eagles flying around?
I was wondering... Is it legally permissible, by Kuwaiti Labour Law, for an employer to cut his worker's salary by 50%, after having worked for them almost an entire year?
A few of my peers have been telling me that it isn't, however, I thought I would ask on here.
